 Aloo Soya Tarkari & Masala Paratha recipe by Garden Girls; 

 

INGREDIENTS;:

 

Get ready Aaloo Soya Tarkari:

 

  • Cooking oil 4 tbs

  •  

  • Garlic chopped 1 and ½ tbs

  •  

  • Onion 1 medium chopped

  •  

  • Nigella seeds ½ tsp

  •  

  • Tomatoes Chopped 2 enormous

  •  

  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste

  •  

  • Coriander seeds powder 1 tsp

  •  

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  •  

  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp

  •  

  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp

  •  

  • Potatoes 4 enormous

  •  

  • Water ¾ Cup or as required

  •  

  • Soya (Dill) hacked 2 Cups

  •  

  • Green chillies cut 2-3

  •  

  • Lemon juice 1 tbs

  •  

  • Green chillies cut

 

Plan Masala Paratha:

 

  • Wheat flour filtered 3 Cups

  •  

  • Red chilli crushed ½ tsp

  •  

  • Nigella seeds ½ tsp

  •  

  • Cumin seeds simmered and squashed ½ tsp

  •  

  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste

  •  

  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp

  •  

  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

  •  

  • New Coriander hacked 1-2 tbs

  •  

  • -Ghee  2 tbs

  •  

  • -Cooking oil 1 tsp

  • -Water 1 Cup or as required

 

procedure;

 

Get ready Aaloo Soya Tarkari:

  •  

  • -In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic and blend well.

  •  

  • -Add onion and sauté until clear.

  •  

  • -Add nigella seeds and saute well.

  • -Add tomatoes,mix well and cook until tomatoes are delicate (3-4 minutes).

  • -Add salt,coriander seeds,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

  •  

  • -Add potatoes and mix well.

 

  • -Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low fire until potatoes are delicate (10-12 minutes) then cook on high fire until oil isolates.

  •  

  • -Add dill and blend well.

  •  

  • -Add green chillies,lemon juice and mix well,cover and stew on low fire for 3-4 minutes.

  •  

  • -Embellish with green chillies and serve.

 

Get ready Masala Paratha:

  • In a bowl,add wheat flour,red stew crushed,nigella seeds,cumin seeds,salt,dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder,fresh coriander and blend well.

  •  

  • Add explained spread and blend well until it disintegrates.

  •  

  • Progressively add water and massage until the mixture is shaped.

  •  

  • Oil with cooking oil,cover and let it rest for 25-30 minutes.

  •  

  • Work the batter again until smooth.

  •  

  • Take a little batter (115g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and carry it out with the assistance of a moving pin.

  •  

  • Add and spread explained butter,sprinkle dry flour and overlay like a fan,twist and roll to make a mixture ball and fold the end inside it.

  •  

  • Sprinkle dry flour,press tenderly and carry out the batter with the assistance of a moving pin.

  •  

  • On a warmed griddle,place moved batter and cook from the two sides

  • Serve aloo soya tarkari with masala paratha!
