Ingredients
7-8 teaspoon Anardana (Pomegranate Seed)
1 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
1 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
15-20 (you can increase or decrease quantity) Green Chillies
2 tbs Zeera (cumin seeds) optional
Ginger 2 pieces of 1 inch
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Salt to taste
How to make;
Add all the ingredients in a blender except salt. Blend or grind the mixture for 3-4 minutes once it blends well, transfer chutney in a bowl, add salt and mix well .
You can store it for week in a airtight container
