Ingredients;
For Chicken;
Boneless chicken 1kg
Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 3-4 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 squeeze
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Chaat masala/tikka masala 1tbsp (optional)
Tomato paste/pury (1small tomato optional)
For the Paratha;
Regular flour (maida) 4 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Water to work ( to kneed)
For the Chutney
tamarind pulp 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 pack
New coriander 1/2 pack
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
For chilli garlic sauce;
Mayonnaise 8tbsp
Garlic slashed 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
chilli garlic ketchup 5tbsp
For the Serving of mixed greens
Onion (hacked)
A touch of lemon juice
Directions
For Chicken;
Mix all of the above trimmings beside oil with chicken and marinate for 25 minutes.
In a skillet add oil and force it , add the chicken mix and cook until chicken is cooked.
For the Paratha;
In a wide bowl take normal baking flour (maida), add salt, and ghee, mix it well then, add water and back rub it with your palm. Save rest it for an hour.
Make parathas and burn them in a skillet.
For the Chutney;
In a blender take every one of the fixings, add some water and mix well. Make a point not to add a lot of water.
For the sauce;
Add every one of the fixings in a bowl and give them a decent blend to frame a uniform combination.
