Hey friends, in today’s article I’m going to share Dal Mash recipe hope you like it


Ingredients:

  • Dal Mash 2 Cups (Drenched for 3 Hours After that Wash it and add 1 liter water)

  • Oil 1/2 Cup

  • Ginger paste 2 tbsp

  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Red chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp

  • Red  Crushed chilli 1 tbsp (Squashed)

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Ginger 2 inch (Slashed)

  • Green Chillies 2 (Slashed)

  • Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Slashed)

  • Onion 1 (Slashed)

  • Tomato 1 (Slashed)

 

Heading/Technique:

  • Take a bowl and add 2 Cup Dal Pound and add 4 cups Water and drenched it for 3 Hours. After that Wash it and add 1 liter New Water.

  • Presently Take a Pot and add Doused Dal Squash (With 1 Liter Water) and Bubble it for 20 minutes on High to Medium Fire. From that point onward, Sifter it.

  • Presently take an Enormous fry Container or You can take a pot and add 1/2 Cup Oil and add Onion and sear it until light pink tone and afterward add Garlic Glue, Ginger Glue and mix it and add Hacked Tomato, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Red Stew Powder, Cumin Powder, Button Red Bean stew and mix it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium fire. After that add Bubbled Dal Pound and blend it well and add 2 tbsp water and Mix it and add Green Chillies, Ginger, Green Coriander and Cover with top and cook for 20 minutes on extremely low fire.

  • Presently Open the cover and mix it and add Garam Masala Powder and blend it well. Presently your Fry Dal Crush is prepared. Presently serve it with sprinkle Green Chillies, Ginger, Green Coriander and Lemons
