article, I’m going to share the yummiest& easiest Chicken pulao Recipe. Hope you guys love it


Ingredients:

  • yakhni;

  •  Chicken 750g

  •  Garlic cut 8-10 cloves

  • Ginger cut 1 inch piece

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Fennel seeds 1 tbs

  • Cumin seeds  ½ tbs

  • Coriander seeds 1 tbs

  • Green cardamom 3-4

  •  Javitri 2 pieces

  •  Jaifil 1 little piece

  • Cinnamon sticks 2-3

  • Cloves 5-6

  •  Bari elaichi 2

  •  Salt ½ tbs or to taste

  •  Sabut kali mirch ½ tsp

  •  Tatri ¼ tsp

  •  Water 1 and ½ liter

  • pulao;

  •  Cooking oil ½ Cup

  • Onion cut 1 large

  • Cinnamon sticks 2

  •  Hari elaichi 2-3

  •  Bari elaichi 1

  •  Sabut kali mirch ½ tsp

  • Cumin seeds ½ tbs

  • Cloves 3-4

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 and ½ tbs

  •  Yogurt whisked ½ Cup

  •  Lal mirch powder 1 tsp or to taste

  •  Kali mirch powder ½ tsp

  •  Hara dhania crushed 2 tbs

  •  Hari mirch  2-3

  •  Saved stock 6 Cups

  •  Namak  ½ tsp or to taste

  •  onion fryed

  •  Water as required

  • Basmati rice 750g (4cups)

Directions:

In a bowl, add rice ,water ,wash completely and splash for 20 minutes then strain doused rice and put away.

In a wok, add chicken, garlic, ginger, onion, fennel seeds, cumin seeds ,coriander seeds ,green cardamom, mace ,nutmeg ,cinnamon sticks ,cloves ,black cardamom ,salt ,black peppercorns, citric corrosive and water ,mix well and carry it to boil, cover and cook on low fire until chicken is delicate (approx. 15-20 minutes).

Take out chicken pieces and set aside, strain chicken stock (yakhni) and hold for sometime in the future.

In a pot, add cooking oil, onion and fry until it turns golden.

Add cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, black cardamom, black peppercorns, cumin seeds, cloves and blend well.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Presently add saved chicken pieces, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add yoghurt and mix well.

Add red stew powder, black pepper powder, fresh coriander, green chillies, mix well and cook until oil isolates (approx. 4-5 minutes).

Add saved stock, salt, mix well and carry it to a bubble.

Add splashed rice, mix and cook on medium high fire until water is diminished (4-5 minutes),cover and steam cook on low fire for 18-20 minutes.

Seared with  onion and serve!
