Chicken bread recipe| how to make chicken bread;

 

ingredients:

 

Prep. Chicken Filling:

 

-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs

 

-Garlics chopped 1 tbs

 

-Onion chopped 1 Cup

 

-Chicken qeema (Mince)/ shredded chicken 500g

 

-Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp

 

-black pepper powder 1 tsp

 

-Salt1 tsp or to taste

 

-Red chilli powder squashed 2 tsp

 

-mixed herbs 1 tsp

 

-Chicken powder ½ tbs(optional)

 

-Maida (Regular flour) 2 tbs

 

-Soy sauce 1 tbs

 

-Ketchup 2 tbs

 

-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup

 

-Cheddar cheese ½ Cup (optional)

 

-fresh coriander chopped handful

 

Dough prep:

 

-Warm water ¾ Cup

 

-Caster sugar 1 tbs

 

-instant  yeast 3 tsp

 

-Cooking oil 1 tbs

 

-Anda (Egg) 1

 

-Maida (Regular baking flour) filtered 3 Cups

 

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp

 

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

 

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

 

-Mozzarella cheese

 

-Anda (Egg) whisked

 

-Lal mirch (Red bean stew) squashed

 

-Safed until (Sesame seeds)

 

-Makhan (Margarine) softened

 

method:

 

prep. Chicken Filling:

 

-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic and blend well.

 

-Add onions,mix well and sauté until onions are clear.

 

-Add chicken mince and blend well until it changes tone.

 

-Add cumin seeds,black pepper powder,salt,red bean stew crushed,mixed herbs,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

 

-Add chicken powder and mix well.

 

-Add universally handy flour,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

 

-Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup and blend well.

 

-Add milk,mix well and cook until it evaporates (3-4 minutes).

 

-Add cheddar cheese,fresh coriander and blend well until cheddar dissolves.

 

-Allow it to cool.

 

Plan Mixture:

 

-In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast and blend well,cover and let it rise for 5 minutes.

 

-Add cooking oil,egg and blend well.

 

-Progressively add universally handy flour,salt and blend well in with the assistance of a wooden spoon.

 

-Add remaining flour and blend until all around is consolidated.

 

-Sprinkle dry flour and work until batter is framed (3-4 minutes).

 

-Add cooking oil and manipulate the mixture once more.

 

-Oil with cooking oil,cover and let it sit for 60 minutes (warm spot).

 

-Sprinkle dry flour and ply batter again until smooth.

 

-Partition the batter into two equivalent parts,take one portion,make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and carry it out with the assistance of a moving pin.

 

-Make cuts/cuts with the assistance of blades on both of the more extended sides.

 

-Add chicken filling and mozzarella cheddar.
