Hi, beautiful people welcome to my article. Hope you are doing great. In today's article, I’m going to share the yummiest& easiest Cake Rusk Recipe. Hope you guys love it

 

Ingredients:

  • Butter unsalted 100 gms (room temperature)

  • Sugar powdered 1 Cup

  • Eggs 3

  • Regular baking flour 1 Cup

  •  Baking powder 1 tsp

  •  Vanilla essence  ¼ tsp

  •  Yellow food colour ¼ tsp (discretionary)

Directions:

In a bowl,add butter and sugar,whisk well until soft.

Add eggs,one by one and whisk well after every option.

Place sifter,add regular flour and baking powder,sift together and race until all around is consolidated.

Add vanilla essence,yellow food tone and whisk well.

On a baking plate (7 x 7" inch), place margarine paper and oil sides with spread.

Empty the batter into an arranged container and tap it for 2-3 times.

Heat in a preheated stove at 180 C for 30 minutes.

After baking,allow it to cool for 20 minutes and afterward cut into cuts.

On a baking tray,place spread paper and organize the cuts on it.

Again heat at 180 C for 20 minutes,take out the plate and flip the cuts to prepare the opposite side.

 

Set the plate back into the stove and again heat at 180 C for 20 minutes.

Permit the cake rusk to totally cool.

Once cooled,the rusks will be crunchy and firm and store them in an impermeable holder.
